Free standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping to the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or destinations outside our supported U.S. and Canadian delivery areas.
U.S. processing and delivery
U.S. orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment warehouses. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Processing time is additional. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; holidays, weather and carrier delays may affect timing.
The dispatch warehouse depends on stock availability and your delivery address. Items in an order may arrive in separate shipments at no additional standard shipping charge.
Canada shipping
We offer free standard shipping to Canada from our Canadian warehouse for products and sizes with Canadian stock. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days. Estimated carrier transit is 3–7 business days after dispatch, or 7–10 business days for remote areas; processing time is additional. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather and carrier delays.
Tracking and assistance
We will send tracking information when your order ships. A newly created label may take time to show a carrier scan. If your shipment is delayed or arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@vellacove.com with your order number.
